James’ responsibilities lie in asset management including redevelopments, changes of use, leasing initiatives, landlord and tenant activity, negotiations and dilapidations. James is a Member of the RICS and has a Masters degree in Property Appraisal & Management. He also holds the Investment Management Certificate
