Kedar Limaye

Development Director

Kedar joined the business in 2013 to work exclusively on a large mixed use development project in Nairobi, Kenya. He operates out of Mumbai, India and has 20 years’ experience in the property industry, with extensive knowledge in various real estate markets including India, Kenya, Dubai, Mauritius, Sri Lanka, and the UK.

His role involves development management including market research, strategy, feasibility studies, acquisitions, business planning, land and design management, master planning, project funding and business development.

Kedar has a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Mumbai, India, and a master’s degree in Property Valuation and Law from Bayes Business School, London. Kedar is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
